  • A, Yes, if you give us a call before 11am we can get any item to you for the next working day (mon-fri)

  • A, The very best way is to give us a call as we can go through the order and get it shipped to you for the very best costs possible, however if you do prefer to use email, send us. (a) a copy of your order, (b) your full postcode, (c) your paypal email address (so we can forward an invoice) pls send this info to sales@tonsoftackleuk.com
  • Q, My item has arrived damaged!! what can I do
  • A, All you have to do is email us or give us a call on 01582 603455 and we will replace the item straight away.  If you send this info via email remember to enclose your full name, postal address and the item that was damaged. You can also just return the item to us at Tons Of Tackle 10 Bowles Way Dunstable Beds Lu6 3lx...Enclose a brief note to explain the item was damaged on arrival, enclose you details and we will resend you a new one and enclose your return postage costs.
  • Q, I have brought an item but i don't want it now, can i send it back?
  • A, Yes you are welcome to send back any item for a full refund within 30 days if it is unused. however you will have to pay both postage costs!!
